Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Availability: The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled appointments, but scheduling may change due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Any significant schedule changes will be promptly communicated to the Client. Service Limitations: Certain limitations (e.g., property size, pet behavior, or accessibility) may affect the Services. The Company reserves the right to adjust Services as needed and will notify the Client of any changes and associated costs. Amended services requiring a separate visit will incur a $20 Inconvenience Fee. Client Cooperation: The Client must provide accurate information about pets and property, either through the initial Client Profile Form or in writing. Failure to provide correct or updated information may result in a full charge for services, even if they cannot be performed. Non-Member Services: Clients must cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded. The Company may have declined other work to reserve this time. Membership Cancellation: To cancel a membership, Clients must give 4 weeks' notice. Charges will continue for 4 weeks after the cancellation request, regardless of the desired cancellation date. Refund Requests: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@urpooperscooper.com. Service Limitations: The Company may adjust Services due to limitations (e.g., property size or pet behavior) and will notify the Client of any added costs. Amended services requiring a separate visit will incur a $20 Inconvenience Fee. Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback. Any payment concerns must be sent to hello@urpooperscooper.com, with 72 business hours for response. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will incur an additional 50% fee of the charged amount and may lead to service suspension until resolved.
